Telephone Consultation Services
and Home Visits
If you're looking
for more personal assistance with your
child,
school, family dynamics, parent/teacher challenges, or just
for yourself, I'm available for telephone
and home consultation.
I am an AMI certified Montessori teacher with
seventeen
years teaching experience and an extensive background in
educational and child psychology. Troubleshooting and
problem solving are the focal point of my sessions. I'm
direct, thorough, and I believe in immediate resolution
plans and results.
In many cases dietary
changes are all that is necessary.
Telephone and home
consultation services are available for
nutritional,
parenting or educational issues such as:

Consultation Services
(at least three follow-up
calls are recommended)
$120.00 --------------- first session (60 minutes)
55.00 --------------- follow-up sessions (30 minutes)
Sliding scale fees are available.
Home Visit
Your home
visit includes:

A complete nutritional
makeover for your child. With your help we will go
through the cupboards (even the cookie jar) and make
dietary changes that will assist your child and family
in a cooperative style of shopping, food preparation,
and serving that will create a fun, healthy, and
“community” experience at mealtime. The results will
amaze! (goodbye food-throwing.)

Discussion time and goal
setting for nutritional, parenting, or educational
concerns.
Rates for
Homes visit
Please call Jan if you are
in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, or outlying Arizona
areas for fees. I will charge one flat rate for one visit
and one follow-up visit.
You
